Menopause?: U don't mention your age. In order to have periods the ovary has to produce estrogen to make a uterine lining grow. A progestin such as primolut, makes the lining mature. After the progestin level falls, the lining sloughs off (a period occurs. It can take a week to 10 days for this to happen. If it hasn't happened at that point, testing is indicated to see if there is a reason for a low estrogen

To cycle your mense with primolut you have to take 1 tablet every day for 10days every month. 
If you have normal, regular periods you should not be talking primulot. 
See your gynecologist for supervision and evaluation of exciting problem.

Start your next pack: Periods tend to be lighter and it is not at all unusual to have no period at on the birth control pill, especially if you've been on the pill for a while. Go ahead and start your next pack on schedule. A home pregnancy test is a reasonable precaution if this is the first time this has happened.

Progesterone: Susten is. Micronized Progesterone at 46 you should be having regular cycles sometimes use Progesterone if cycles are delayed.

Probably not: Your period should return to normal once you are on medication.
