As above: Day  2  for what? U seems to be very symptomatic, my advise to see your PCP 
for evaluation and treatment.

i had a boil i think on my vagina, it hurt a lot. i popped it and yellow puss came out, havent gotten another one since. i also have some fordyce spots on my lips and labia. is this normal? i dont have any unusual discharge or pain while i pee?

: Yes, Fordyce spots are benign findings on lips, penis, scrotum or labia. By healthline website: "The Fordyce spots, also called Fordyce granules or Fordyce glands, are enlarged oil glands. They are completely normal, harmless, and painless. According to a 2015 case report published in Clinical Case Reports and Reviews journal, they occur in 70 to 80 percent of adults".

im not sexually active but the inside of my vagina ( labia minora) is very itchy, i dont have the urge to pee a lot, there is no pain and it doesnt burn when i pee! it only burns when i wipe. also white discharge with no smell, is this a uti ?

Probably yeast: Typical symptoms of vaginal yeast. Almost all women get this from time to time. Best to see a doctor to confirm diagnosis and treatment advice. OTOH, your symptoms are so typical that you could try over-the-counter treatment. Look for active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, etc). All equally good; choose the cheapest. See doctor if it doesn't work after a few days.

Infection: Discharge needs to be tested to determine the kind of infection you are having and put on medication according to the test result. Most common one is bacterial vaginosis , it could be yeast infection which comes with itching , it could be sexually transmitted infection. See your gynecologist.

Bacterial vaginitis: If no white cottage cheese discharge, this is more likely bacterial vaginitis,  treatment if it continues, and possible testing to be sure

Vaginal bumps: The bumps and irritation can be due to many different reasons.  I would recommend an exam.  Know your partners infection history and make sure you have been tested for STDs.  This could also be due to a yeast infection.  I recommend an exam with your doctor.

Trauma: This is not serious but reflects mild injury and trauma to the tissues.  This could relate to position, insufficient lubrication, or simply rough sex.  If you are using condoms or spermicides you could even be having a reaction to them.  Try different positions and techniques and extra lubricants if necessary.

It could be another infection, such as an STD if you're at risk (new partner, partner who has sex with others, etc). Simply no way to know without professional exam and testing. See your doctor, or local NHS GUM clinic.
