Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Don't know: Normally a woman will not have any pregnancy symptoms until she has actually missed her period - &amp; it could be significantly later. Recommend taking a pregnancy test if you miss your period. Take care.

Irregular period: It sounds like you have a hormonal imbalance.   Have you been under a lot of stress lately?   Any medications?    It does not sound worrisome.

2 times 2 many: Alternating weeks for periods is a recipe for anemia. Unfortunately, there are many cases for hypermenorrhea.(too frequent periods.) A visit to a GYN MD can sort out the problem before it is "2" late to avoid too low blood counts.(anemia)

Yes..Go: Always pay attention to chest pain...If it is cardiac, it needs immediate attention, and  the only way to determine this is to have an evaluation by a doc...It will also put your mind at ease if you find out it is just something temporary, simple, and easily treated or explained...Get it looked at....Don't take a chance on  being one of the many who "die from denial".

Up to baby: Handling more complex textures like stage ii food is a skill set that takes time to learn. So follow baby's cues. If she seems like she wants more , give her more. If she pulls away or gags or coughs on stage ii, stop feeding. Never force a spoon in to her mouth either.

Ocular migraine: Ocular migraines can as well as poor blood flow to the occipital lobes of the brain.  Both of theses would the vision of both eyes at the same time. If only one eye is affected it could be a retinal migraine or transient central retinal artery occlusion, with cilio-retinal artery sparing of the central vision. See an ophthalmologist.

Influenza: It is very doubtful that you have had influenza 3 times in a few months.  There are many different viral illnesses with similar symptoms and you may have had these, or you may have been infected with 3 different strains of inflluenza a, b or parainfluenza.  If you were not tested to diagnose these you may not have had true influenza.  Another possibility is that your immune system is damaged.
