Shingles? Herpes?: If it appeared and developed the pimple-like bumps over just a few days, it could be herpes zoster (shingles). Less likely is herpes simplex virus (HSV). It's an unusual location for HSV, unless perhaps exposed to infected persons in contact sports:  "herpes gladiatorum" occurs in wrestlers, rugby players, etc. You should see a doctor right away, both for accurate diagnosis and maybe antiviral Rx.

Sorry to hear you've been dealing with rash issues. There are glands under the arm pit that can commonly become clogged and become infected. We have larger glands there that you wouldn't find elsewhere, like say your forearm. If you shave, it is also common to get ingrown hairs. Usually these issues are self resolving. Abscess/folliculitis: Most women shave their arm pits. Occasionally bacteria gets imbedded under the skin or in the hair follicules of the arm pits. Your description sounds like you may have an infected area with a blackhead on the surface. You may try hot compresses to the area and antibacterial soap and water wash 3 times per day. If no improvement in 2-3 days, see your MD for possible antibiotics or drain abscess.

Small pimple chest: Just like on our face we can get pimples on the skin of the chest and back. Seems you have folliculitis, a pimple, would wash with soap and water keep clean try, bacitracin  and follow up wiht doctor/urgent care

Abscess : Apply warm compresses regularly throughout the day. Let a doctor know if pain gets worse or if you have fevers. If there is redness around the site and it starts to spread, you need to be evaluated quickly.   Don't try to cut it but if it starts to drain, ok to gently squeeze with a warm compress.

Have it checked: It depends on where it is. It may be nothing other than a dried up blood blister that is flat especially because you are on BCP. If it gets bigger or changes, have it checked.
