Likely unrelated: Burning the skin tag on the eye lid and enlarged supraclavicular lymph node are not likely to be related. It would be prudent to see a doctor as evaluation of a supraclavicular node is not an easy undertaking and is not a do it yourself issue.

Which one?: "skin tags" usually refers to papillomas- common growths around the eyes and sometimes on the neck and elsewhere. They are elevated off the skin + look like microscopic cauliflower. They sometimes have a narrow stalk at the base. They are like a wart; caused by virus. Cholesterol deposits occur as yellow slightly raised patches on the inner parts of the upper lid- called xanthelasma. Both benign.

Don't: It is very important to remove all lesions properly.  That would minimize scarring and allow for proper diagnosis.  Scarring can lid to eyelid deformity and the lid turning outward and causing significant problems down the road.  See an ophthalmologist.
