Many ways: There are many adverse events that can happen w/ an infection during pregnancy.  Depending on the type of infection, and at what point in the pregnancy it occurs, birth defects can occur.  The baby can also become infected in the womb, or during delivery, leading to eyesight problems, neurodevelopmental disorders, toxic shock, etc. In short, it is important to prevent stis with safe sex practice.

Depending on what spasticity treatments you use will have an impact on pregnancy in terms of what you can and cannot take in order to have a healthy baby.

: A vaccine is designed to generate an antibody response that will protect the patient.  In the case of a pregnant woman, her baby is also afforded protection.  There are a number of ways that a COVID infection could cause fetal damage including neurological if the mother has fever and low oxygen levels due to lung disease.  We know that COVID infection can cause neurological sequelae.

NOT relevant: Tholidimide was a sedative that had the toxic effect on the feats since then almost all non essential medications are avoided in the first 3 months of pregnancy vaccines are preventative measures and if recommended by your gynecologist in pregnancy should be safe.
