Neck : Neck pain and headaches may be from wearing out of your neck and may respond to treatment of your neck problem.  I would recommend seeing a pain doctor for this.  Headaches can be also caused from your head and are usually treated by a neurologist.  Good luck!

: COVID-19 notwithstanding, a new onset 4 day long headache should be evaluated by your doctor. Even during times of a pandemic, other body issues can arise. The viral infection 2 months ago may have nothing to do with your current symptoms. You deserve to have this new problem evaluated soon, especially if nothing like this has ever happened to you before.

Be evaluated asap: Issues could be due to extremely high blood pressure.  Red flags include blurred vision,change in mental status(anxiety, confusion, decreased alertness, decreased ability to concentrate, fatigue, restlessness, sleepiness, stupor, lethargy), chest pain,cough,headache,nausea or vomiting, numbness/ tingling/weakness,reduced urine output, shortness of breath. If present seek care ASAP.
