Genital ulcer: If there was no obvious injury (e.g. traumatic sex), the genital herpes is the most common cause of genital ucers or "cuts". Syphilis also is common in your country, if at risk. Yeast infection (thrush) if there also is a lot itching/irritation. See a doctor ASAP for testing and treatment, if available to you -- the sooner the better for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Good luck!

"Small" means...: "Small" means different things to different people. A person should be able to see her vaginal opening by using a mirror. The hole will look bigger if she pulls on her labia to look at it. The hole will look smaller if she looks at it without pulling on her labia. She can ask her primary care doctor to look at her vaginal opening to help decide if there is any problem, which there probably is not.

: Semi lying on your back with legs spread out &amp; holding a mirror in front of your vulva is how most women inspect and visualize the vaginal opening. Pubic hair may have to be brushed aside with your hand. Sometimes the hymen may obscure the hole. If you still have difficulty, a gynecologist can examine &amp; advise you.

Package insert: I am not familiar with this particular skin moisturizer but reading on the package insertion under the instructions for use it states that this product is intended for use on skin only. Applying it to the vagina would not be appropriate

Vaginoplasty: No. The pelvic floor muscles are deeper. The opening or introitus stretches with childbirth and age. There is a surgery to make the opening smaller which a few surgeons offer.
