Ultrasound: When you had a Mirena (levonorgestrel) its sometimes difficult to know when you got pregnant, so you will need an ultrasound to find out.

Re do test: You may wish to re do the test in 3-4 days if you do not get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor.

No cause for alarm: Since your Mirena IUD is one of the most effective contraceptive methods and its hormones can decrease or eliminate your "vaginal bleeding" for months, the absence of "menstrual periods" is usually no cause for alarm. Your risks of pregnancy are very small and the possibility of a medical problem is remote; your  "neg pregnancy test" is and may remain the only reassurance you need.

Common: It is very common that you don't have periods while using a Mirena (levonorgestrel) for birth control.  They suggest that you can check the string on your cervix every month to make sure it is still in place.  However, in practice, i don't think this advice is followed very often.

Tests are accurate: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result by 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.
