overdose inhaled bleach fumes in bathroom for more than 30minute. im having difficulty to breath and when cough my upper chest tighten and painful like dying. what should i do to relieve the chest pain? can drink warm water relieve the pain?

Fresh air: Go out into the fresh air. Open windows and ventilate the area where you sprayed the chemical before going back in there. Drink water, if you feel like it. If cough, chest pain or breathing problem persists after 30 minutes in fresh air, go to the nearest emergency room.

See a doctor: You have chemical irritation of the lining or the bronchial tubes. I have used Medrol in tablet form, codeine for cough control and at times Singulair (montelukast) to help with this issue. There are some inhaled medications that might help too, but your cough might not tolerate them.

Yes: Chlorine fumes are very irritating to the lung so that can easily cause bronchitis if the concentration is high enough, the good news is that the lung tissues heal quickly so there shouldn't be any long-term damage.

Probably lungs: It may be due to chemical irritation of the lungs ("pneumonitis"), which can be mild to life threatening, depending on the agent and extent of exposure. If symptoms persist or are severe, seek medical assistance.

Minor irritation: Bleach fumes are mostly an irritant to the lung tissues. In very high concentration they can cause damage, but even then the lining of the lungs heals rapidly so there shouldn't be any long-term problems.

Depends: No, assuming you are pregnant and it is YOU who inhaled the bleach.  If a baby was actually inhaling it ALSO, you should both go outdoors and get lots of fresh air.  If either is having any trouble breathing, noisy breathing or wheezing or drooling, draining, or irritated eyes and it doesn't go away quickly with fresh air, then you should see someone.  
Ventilate well always when using bleach.

Go to ER: Need to be checked , some times may result in pulmonary edema ( fluid in lung ) must be checked ny a physician , also  possible  additional preexisting problems  for  , blackout '   like TIA . One doctor clears you will be ok.

No concern: My statements made with the assumption that this was an accidental inhalation in a closed space one time.  Therefore, the symptoms you had should have abated now,,without any longer lasting effects. Remember to be in a ventilated space when you pour large amounts of bleach or chlorine and other aromatic chemicals.

Not a problem: Breathing bleach and ammonia fumes might cause some short-term irritation in the lungs, but a one time exposure wouldn't be expected to cause permanent damage. If she's having trouble breathing it would be worth seeing a doctor for a short-term inhaler treatment. If she is doing ok now there isn't any reason for medical care.

Should pass: If you only smelled it, be patient.  It will pass.
