Asthma: With only what you told me to go on, I'd be checked for asthma. This is a chronic disorder of the airways which can remain symptomless until triggered by something. Viral infections are a common trigger.

all the times when i drink a cup of alcohol beverage , caffeine beverage or soda caffeine beverage i have difficulties to breath,chest pain and the anxiety levels increase.  why this is happening?

C/p SOB s/p caffeine: You may have reflux as all the beverages you mentioned can increase reflux and cause gastritis .Would also check for H pylori a bacteria in the stomach that can exacerbate gastritis. Would avoid these products . Consider trying famotidine over the counter to help with  reflux.  Caffeine can increase anxiety. Rarely  other- cardiac -MVP (mitral)F/u/w/ MD

Yes: Testing for allergies is not 100%.  You should discuss the tests you had done and your symptoms with your doctor.

Find cause: Chronic sinus problems, dental or gum disease, gastric emptying problms are all potential causes.  If your dentist have given you a clean bill of oral health, and you are on no medications which can cause salivary gland decrease,  you may wabt to see your doctor.  Good oral hygiene is imperative, teeth, gums, flossing, and tongue should all be cleansed frequently.

Post nasal drip, acid reflux are common medical causes. Start by ruling out the dental ones first.

Chlorine dioxide : Most bad breath (~90%) actually come from your oral cavity. You need to thoroughly brush and floss and scrape your tongue lightly. The bad breath smell is usually caused by the release of sulfur compounds.  You must also see the dentist at least 2 - 4 times a year. Use closys or any chlorine dioxide product that will kill the gram negative anaerobic bacteria.

See your dentist: Sources: gut, plaque (germs), pus (infection), cavities (rotting tooth). See your dentist to find the reason for yours. Until then: avoid foods that cause it (garlic, onions, certain spices); floss and brush your teeth (every night); use listerine (essential oils help), and cut out the sugar habit to minimize further decay (note--i didn't say "eliminate" decay).

  I suggest you attempt in curing your bad breath. Most likely due to oral concerns and habits. Initially, eliminate stomach and or gut symptoms. Do you belch or burp, upset stomach after eating. Check with MD than appointment with DDS. May be poor home care, unhealthy gums, even nutritional concerns. Dentist will offer scaling and prophylaxis, home care instruction, medication and care.
