Depends: If you have classic adult pink eye, which is viral, then you most likely have one of the viruses lasting 3-10 days with complete resolution.  If you have one of the less common viruses which also cause immune deposits on the cornea (ekc) it might last longer and require short to long term topical steroids.  The other type does not respond to antibiotics.  Your ophthalmologist can diagnosis / treat.

Varies.: Blurred vision from a mucopurulent bacterial discharge will usually improve in 2-3 days.  A viral conjunctivitis with corneal infiltrates can potentially impair the vision for many months.

Can't say: Likely is ekc which leaves little opacities in the cornea which can affect vision and can last for months. Or, you still may have some mucus in your eyes. You need to see an ophthalmologist if your vision not normal.

Yes: You can certainly get pink eye and sinusitis together, and temporary blurred vision from pink eye. If it persists after a few weeks i would get an exam.

A few possibilities: This could be due to allergies, dry eyes, or eye infections.  All can start or affect 1 eye first.  The treatments are very different. For allergies, zaditor (ketotifen) is a good otc eye medicine.  For dry eyes, lubricating tears are necessary.  For infection, usually of the eyelids, start with eyelid warm compress and diluted baby shampoo scrubs.  You should have a baseline exam with your eye doctor.

is it safe to wear one contact lens in my right eye for only two hours. i have a form of pink eye in my left eye which still has some blurred vision.

Not recommended: Conjunctivitis can spread quickly from one eye to the other.  Therefore you should not wear contact lenses at all until the infection is clear.  Continuing to wear the contact can increase the risk of worsening infection, corneal injury etc.

Corneal abrasion: There should be eye pain and tearing on the eye you suspect was scratched. Redness on that eye can also accompany the corneal abrasion. It is best to have your eye checked because untreated corneal abrasion can cause blindness.
