Infection?: While occasional itching in the urethra can be normal, persistent itching may be a sign of infection or other issue.  Urinary tract infection, yeast infection, sexually transmitted diseases, contact dermatitis or other issues may be causing this.  You should make an appointment to see you primary care doctor for an examination to begin to figure this out if it is an ongoing or worsening problem.

Itch and sneeze: Both itching (nose, eyes, throat, ears) and sneezing are very common symptoms of an allergy.   Usually the allergy for these symptoms is an environmental allergen such as pollen, animal dander, dust, mold, etc.  An allergist can assist in identifying the cause and developing a treatment plan that will help.

See dermatologist: May be hives, an allergic reaction and 6 weeks is long enough to wait. If over the counter meds do not work you need exam, blod tests to determine cause of chronic problem.

Needs an exam: One needs to see this to be able to offer advice. 
Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment.   Itching makes one thick of a yeast infection. A labial mass makes one think of a Bartholin's cyst. Herpes can also cause itching and swelling.

Inflammation: Itching, bleeding gingiva indicate inflammation. Any swelling or "bumps" may also mean infection. You need to be examined by a local dentist to determine the cause of your problem and what is needed to resolve the issues.

i have an itching sensation around my belly button area that just won't go away. plus the inside of my belly button is really red. should i worry?

NOT TO WORRY: You should ask your Pharmacist  to recommend an OTC (Over the Counter) CORTISONE containing CREAM which you should use liberally in the area.  CAREFULLY clean the belly button then apply the Cream with a Q TIP and use the cream wherever the itch is!
If this doesn't help get some medical input from your PCP (primary care provider)

Irritation: You may have irritation or reaction from either bath soaps, chemicals that you use in trhat areas, pads etc...You need to see doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.
