: I think that most likely a duct of a gland in your vagina became blocked causing a cyst to form. An STD wouldn't manifest itself in only 12 hours after an exposure. The incubation period for most STD' s is anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Best to have it evaluated to rule out fibroma, lipoma, cysts, other causes.

lip: Likely cheilosis from Vit C deficiency ,candida, staph, strep ,zinc, B12, iron,  colds, rarely immunosupression.. Put  on petroleum jelly or KY jelly, Take Vit C, multivit, If that does not improve consider topical antibiotic mupirocin. Follow up with doc   Do not worry .
