: no it is not easy to get endocarditis by brushing and flossing- what you get is healthy teeth! the cut should heal without problems. Re mitral valve findings- suggest you saty under care of a cardiologist. Good luck

Blocked duct: By blister, I am going to assume a bubble on your inner lip. It is most likely a pinched off saliva gland with the exit blocked. Increasing your saliva flow may reopen it. You can do that with sugarless sour hard candy. If things don't improve in a few days get it checked because there are other possibilities.

It's hard to say why: But I am trying to imagine what you are asking..& i think the reason might be that your gums in between your teeth (called papillae) are receded down, therefore you are involuntarily  suctioning  ur lower lip when your mouth /lips are closed, & since your inner lips /mucosa is movable and moldable,  if fills in those papillary spaces...Just a guess.. But if u see ur dentist he/she can see better.
