See the doctor who prescribed the Celexa (citalopram) or a dermatologist to treat the rash so that you do not remain uncomfortable le potentially for weeks and are left with long term colr change.

•Use of Alcohol or Drugs
•Need for Therapy
Discuss with Psychiatrist to decrease dose of Celexa;  Ativan or Xanax (alprazolam) for Anxiety; Therapy

Not definite: The generalized itching may be a side effect but without a rash, a true allergic reaction is not certain. You could try stopping celexa (citalopram) if your physician agrees, and when itching subsides,try it again to see if the itching returns. However, your physician who knows you best should sanction this and advise you; therefore discuss this symptom with him/her.

Sounds like hives: Which can be triggered by allergies, & stress. Sometimes an antihistamine like benadryl, (diphenhydramine) claritin, allegra, or zyrtec can help, as well as avoiding any triggers. Sometimes it can be associated w celiac disease and/or wheat allergy. Nickel can be another trigger. If it worsens please see your doctor.

& question is ??: Ok, it is possible to become allergic to anything, and with Acetaminophen allergies, it is often the food coloring in the capsules more than the medication. As to the localization, hard to say if blood circulation or clothing or other rationale. An allergist might be able to help.

pinky tiny pimples-like rashes on the back of both hands & starts to feel itchy after few hours...spreading to arm slowly...can i take cetirizine?

You could but..: a better choice might be diphenhydramine (Benadryl) but the cetirizine is less likely to make you drowsy so you can start with that and if it doesn't work try the diphenhydramine. You can also try 1% hydrocortisone cream that you can get at the store on the rash to see if that alleviates the itching and the spread of the rash.
