Need an exam: The beat bet would be to have an exam so this area can be visualized and properly diagnosed.  Most likely, these are pimples or infected glands/hair follicles. Usually, these are caused by a bacteria or fungus and can be treated at home with good hygiene. However, I strongly advise you to SEE A DOCTOR for a full evaluation and treatment, as many seemingly simple ailments can turn out to be a more serious condition, such as STIs.

Doubt it: Herpes Simplex appears as  a cluster of lesions that look like blisters. The lesions can appear on the penis, anus, labia or cervix &amp; they can spread, coalesce followed by crusting over.

If : If the area is infected you will need antibiotics, and possibly a procedure called an I&D (incision and drainage). Otherwise, you could try warm compresses to the area three times a day, if it drains on its own, apply an antibacterial ointment to the area twice a day and monitor. If it does not improve see your doctor.
