Can be: Lower abd pain and discharge can be normal in the last trimester, but usually around 36 weeks.  I worry about  infection, premature dilating of the cervix or bladder problem in your situation.  Call your Ob doctor soon!

Pressure vs pain: It's is normal to feel aching, pressure, or pulling because the baby grows ALOT in weeks 25-30. If you have pain that also stings when you urinate, that may be a UTI. If the pain is a strong tightening up or cramping up of your uterus, that is a contraction. Small contractions are normal if you get overtired, but if you have a lot of pain, UTI symptoms, or regular contractions, please call your OB

i am 27 weeks pregnant and have broken our with a rash over the past 3 days. started on my tummy and had spread to upper arms and lower back. it can be super itchy at times. no blisters or anything but everything (including breasts) feels inflamed.

Dermatologist: It's important for you to get properly diagnosed and and treated and such an extensive eruption should be evaluated by a dermatologist. Any treatment should be ok'd by your obstetrician.

Maybe kidney issue: What you describe could be from a kidney stone. You should go to a doctor and have your urine tested for signs of an infection or crystals.

: A small hernia in the umbilicus could cause pain. The vibrations in the left lower abdomen are nonspecific. They could be caused by an irritable superficial abdominal wall nerve or muscle or peristaltic colonic waves. Normal intestinal functions would be a favorable sign of no pathology. See your MD or a gastroenterologist as needed.

See your doctor: Your symptoms may be signs of something significantly wrong.  One cannot tell without a complete history, physical and possible lab/imaging tests.  Ovarian cysts, gastric ulcers, colon infections, or bladder infections are just one of many different causes of left sided abdominal pain.  Follow with your doctor as soon as you can.
