lately when i eat my stomach knots up and i throw up, what could it be? it's very painful but i feel better after i get sick.

Your doctor may perform blood tests or refer you to a gastroenterologist, a doctor who specializes in the G.I. Tract.

 Additional imaging with  and upper G.I. Examination orct may also be  helpful.

i took miralax once in 17 grams (recommended dosage), and stopped 6 days ago, and still have flatulence and bloated stomach and very painful stomach until now which is the 6th day, as well as weight gain. is that normal? how can i stop those symptoms?

: Those symptoms may not be the side effects of a single miralax dose 6 days ago, especially the weight gain. I suggest light diet and take 10 cc of mylanta or any antacid + simethicone before each meal and at bedtime at the same time for a couple days.

Early satiety & pain: Early satiety and stomach pain could be due to many things including gastritis of various causes (h. Pylori infection, medication-induced, etc), delayed stomach emptying due to autonomic neuropathy (as in diabetes), ulcers or masses in the stomach. Please go see a doctor for evaluation.

Activated charcoal: And acid suppressive medications can be helpful, however persistent episodes of painful gas maybe a symptom of a more serious problem, such as a peptic ulcer, celiac disease, some intestinal infections or bacterial overgrowth, and others.  You should consider checking with your physician as he/ she maybe able to diagnose and cure the specific cause of the problem.

May need ER exam: If it is not constipation (collection of stool in the left lower abdomen) that goes away with a bowel movement, then her doctor or the ER can check to see what the problem might be. The doctor or ER can check to see if there is a mass of some kind in the abdomen or pelvis. Sometimes an infection, pregnancy, diverticulitis, appendicitis, or some sort of tumor, can also cause such symptoms.
