Vaginal odor: Assuming you are not sexually active which you stated, the most common reason may be a lost tampon, you need to check then see a physician.

Check a blood count.: You may be anemic. This could explain your fatigue. If not then a morre complete exam should be done to rule out other more serious problems.

: I find that many times women complain &amp; exaggerate the presence &amp; unplesantness of any  odors from their bodies.  There are normal &amp; natural odors that emanate from the vulva. I assume you have no vaginal discharge. Do you wear too tight clothing? Have long pubic hair? Perspire a lot? Do you note the odor only wearing certain clothes and fabrics? You could use a deodorant suitable for females.

: The main cause of vaginal/vulvar itching is yeast infection (often called thrush in your country). Vagisil is not effective. Over-the-counter treatments are available, but at your age some vaginal yeast infections have underlying causes, especially diabetes. So you should contact your doctor and follow her advice. Yes: Brown equals old blood. If this is right after your period then you are just passing some of the blood that has been siting at the back of the vagina. Nine-day periods are pretty long. You may want to consider birth control to help regulate and decrease the amount of bleeding.
