Candida infection: You need to see your personal physician.  A culture can be taken to confirm which fungus you have and what drugs it is sensitive to.  You may need an oral treatment rather than a topical preparation.

Maybe fungus?: "white spots" can certainly be a yeast infection in the skin but can be many other problems.  Dermasone is a steroid and can make any kind of infection worse.  If that occurs see your doctor.

Steroid cream: Steroid cream can decrease inflammation, but may actually make fungal infection worse and spread.

Anti-fungal creams: Assuming your diagnosis of a fungal infection is correct, this can be treated using any number of anti-fungal creams (lamisil (terbinafine) at, lotrimin, etc.)  i generally suggest using these creams "twice as long" as you think you need them (i.e. Keep using it even when the symptoms are gone).  If there is no improvement, best to see your family doctor or dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.

Could have been a: Little fissure or cut from a big poop passing through or from an inflamed hemorrhoid from constipation. Keep using your cream till it heals up. Glad it feels better!'.

: This sounds complicated, or you have misunderstood something. Fungal infections in the blood would make you extremely ill, and only occur in people other life-treating medical conditions. And there's no such thing as "non-active fungus in blood". Certainly nothing like this can cause rectal bleeding or coughing up blood. Keep working with your doctor, perhaps including referral to specialist(s).

Bumps : These can be several things. I wonder about herpes simplex and infection of the skin from bacterial. It needs to be seen to be evaluated because there are many other possible reasons

No problem: This hemorrhoid medication is designed for anal application but it will not cause any harm if it comes in contact with the vagina
