Palpitations: Chest fluttering could be a benign condition, but could be the initial symptoms of something more serious like atrial fibrillation. You will benefit by having a monitor recording those episodes. Ask to be seen by a cardiologist.

i am anaemic and i take iron meds and folic acid

i have been feeling a little light headed for a good two days and the smell of food (eggs especially) has me feeling nausea and i feeling tired and sleepy most of the time?

I think you need: to be rechecked regarding your anemia...and possibly have a pregnancy test! Feeling tired and sleepy is a frequently reported sign of pregnancy and the nausea, with or without rotten eggs, can be, too. Make a visit to your doctor--you need to see what your current blood count is and have pregnancy ruled out ... or ruled in!!  Good wishes:)

Sleepy .tired puffy: Check for thyroid and sleep apnea (if you have sleep apnea -as above-make sure your CPAP is working), as well as drug interactions , ANA, sed rate for autoimmune disease, electrolytes as   potassium ,magnesium calcium, and check for  gastritis, H pylori. Rarely  cushings disease but you are fairly young for that. . .

: You may have a hormonal problem, a vitamin deficiency, a blood dyscrasia or other problems. Get a full medical exam and blood work up to find out what is causing your problems.

Hard to say: Anytime you have fluttering in your chest and dizziness, you need to get it checked out immediately. It can be assign of heart disease or an abnormal heart rhythm. Go to the ere asap.

Viral illness: especially the enterovirus infections that tend to occur in the fall, can lead to these symptoms and  should be short lived.  If you are able to take in enough fluids to  maintain hydration, are able to be comfortable and your chest pain is improving you could wait it out for 2-3 days max.  If not, please see your PCP.  Go to the er immediately if any shortness of breath, severe chest pain,Or any other concern

That is not normal: That should have nothing to do with having a hysterectomy 2 yrs ago but you need your heart and lungs evaluated , please see your regular doc asap or go to the er.

so ive had stomach issues for the past month and a half. and recently sometimes after i eat i will feel like my heart is fluttering and i get light headed and my chest hurts. i was just wondering if this is normal and a part of heartburn?

GI and glucose tests: Quite possibly due to reflux and or esophageal spasm,but need to look at other possibilities as well.Light headedness could be related to blood sugar, chest pain could also indicate hiatal hernia. Need evaluation by GI doctor and baseline tests for glucose levels. Till seen try not to eat or drink alcohol for several hours before going to bed as that may aggravate some of these issues

Maybe: Symptomatic palpitations can be due to an array of medical problems . You should see your doctor. Get labs including ectrolytes thyroid function etc. Your dr may order a holter or event moniter as well. An echo of the heart will help evaluate the structure of the heart . Things like mitral valve prolapse or poor functioning heart can be checked. Some times a stress test or eps is needed.

left er went for heart fluttering, chest pain, short breath, light headed. i was told that it was pac/pvc 20 year old is it common to have chest pain?

No : Consider consult with cardiologist. ER doctors tuned in to take care of serious acute problems - such as heart attacks, significant arrhythmia so. You merit evaluation and comprehensive history to make a diagnosis or reassure you all is well.
