Could be if: It is an infected hair follicle, keep clean with soap and water and do not pick at it.  Good luck.

This could be an: acne pimple or could be a cyst, which may be infected. I would recommend applying warm compresses a few times/day; ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain if needed. If it is not improving or if worsening please see your doctor.

Please see your: doctor. There may be an abscess (infection under the skin) still present, or a cyst that may need further treatment. Meanwhile apply warm compresses several times per day, until you can be seen.

RIght location: This is the right location for lymph nodes, but usually you could feel them here and tell that they are the cause of your tenderness.  It looks as if you have several medical problems, possibly lupus, so you should take good care of yourself and have this checked.

Inguinal knot: There are a few possibilities. It could very well be an enlarged lymph node. This usually happens when we become ill or have a urinary or sexually transmitted disease. Another possibility is an inguinal hernia. Questions to answer are is there fever? Pain? When does the pain come on? Go away? Any other infectious symptoms? I would see your doctor for a complete examination. Hope that helps

this could be an inflamed cyst, small abscess, or clogged Bartholin's gland. A gynecologist or dermatologist can usually make the diagnosis with a visual exam.  If necessary, surgical drainage of a cyst or abscess could be done, or an excision of the bump, if it is determined that a biopsy is needed.  It is unlikely that it is a tumor, but it would be wise to have a proper exam done of the bump, as soon as possible.

Might need a look...: This is one of those that is easiest to diagnose by looking, but it could be folliculitis (minor infection or inflammation of hair follicle) which occurs in hair-bearing areas.  Also it could be molluscum--a viral infection that is not uncommon in genital areas in adults.  If you want to be certain or if this one enlarges or you get more lesions, you should probably consult your doctor.
