Lots of things: Distension after meals suggests gastroparesis (a slow stomach) or dysmotility of the small or large intestine. Distension is often reported by irritable bowel syndrome patients who exhibit no structural pathology. Some simple testing may be reassuring. Get checked please.

Review her growth : Charts with her pediatrician. Have her ht. & wt. Grown along a  curve or ⬆ed excessively ? Normal curves are 5th-95th %ile; avg. Are 25th-75th%ile. Has her body mass index ⬆ed over time ? Normal  range is 5th-85th%ile; avg. Is 25th-75th %ile. Low daily  activity levels, > 2 hrs./day of "screen time, " family history of obesity, & consumption of high-fat foods & sugary drinks also ⬆ weight.

Is this concerning?: If this is something new and uncomfortable you need to b seen by your regular doc.  Have your bowel movements changed recently?  Is it tender to push on your belly?  There are a number of things that this could be from constipation to all sorts of abdominal issues.

i have an upset stomach, no pain but tenderness. i burp a lot. i dont really have big appetite. when i eat i feel like my food gets stuck in my esophagus. im a bit bloated. i feel a burning sensation inside my stomach/abdomen. no constipation. help?

Esophagitis: GERD (gastric reflux) is very common and could produce your symptoms. An EGD (scope of your upper digestive system) can tell if this exists. In The meantime, OTC products like antacids (Tums, Rolaids), acid blockers (Pepcid, Zantac) can relieve symptoms, as well as eating slowly, sitting up straight and NOT bending (keep head above stomach area).

See your doctor.
You likely have an imbalance of intestinal bacteria, which can easily occur from dietary changes or the use of antibiotics.
 Eat yogurt or drink buttermilk three times daily, and take a probiotic with at least a billion  organisms twice daily. If this doesn't solve your problem within 2 weeks, you have more serious issues that need complete evaluation by your doctor.

after i eat or use the bathroom the left lower part of my abdomen swells and i feel a bump. it is a pretty big bump i feel. could this be indicative of a hernia or a possible tumor?

Doctor can examine: A 25 year-old with this situation can see her primary care doctor for an exam, go home and poop everything out (may need laxative), and return for a second exam right away... and that should help the doctor decide what the bump is. Hopefully, there is a significance difference before and after the restroom, so it won't be hard for the doctor to figure it out. Otherwise, it might be more serious.
