7 days : You are probably protected immediately but it is reasonable to use condons for 7 days after getting Depo-Provera

iv'e been using sronyx 28 pill pack but was given orsythia at my pharmacy is it the same as sronyx? the packaging isn't the same.

Same pill: These two are generic equivalents meaning they are the same medication. Both consists of 21   active pills  containing 0.1 mg levonorgestrel and 0.02 mg ethanol estradiol. Its the same thing just made by a different company. Likely your insurance covered one and not the other and the pharmacy may have been helping you out.

i was on bc shot for 3months stopped then 3months later got on the pills the first pack made me bleed for 1 day is that because of the shot i was on?

Most likely.: Switching from a progestin only BC to a combination BC can change your hormone levels and give break through bleeding or unexpected amounts of menstrual flow the first few months.  I am assuming you confirmed that you did not become pregnant during those 3 months off BC.

Yes: You could continue to take it until finished, or 1 week past the Depo-Provera shot. Then you will be fully protected from pregnancy.

7 days : After seven days the Depo-Provera (medroxyprogesterone) Provera (medroxyprogesterone)  is effective. Thus you can crossover with  the two methods for seven days.

Unlikely normal: Your Depo injection should be fully protective  the week after your injection.  There is no need to have both birth control methods.  If you choose to finish your pack of Oral Contraceptives then a normal period is unlikely.  This is due to the side effect of the Depo.  Still use condoms no matter what birth control you use to protect against any Sexually Transmitted Infections

Complicated: This sounds very complicated. If you yourself think that you did not apply the birth-control properly and had unprotected intercourse, continue taking the birth control pills and take a pregnancy test a week after you had unprotected intercourse to see if you are pregnant.

Depends: Typically one has a period at the end of each birth control pack. This may not occur since Depoprovera may still be in your system to some degree. This is ok and not a cause for concern

i am on my period now and will not be starting my next pack of birth control. will my period stop on its own the next few days given i wont be taken active pills like before? can i expect my cycle normally again in 3-4 weeks?

: Yes, it will stop as usual with or without taking OC pill. You should have your period in 28-30 days but it is not uncommon that it may come early or late after you stop OC pill because your body readjusts the pituitary hormones when you no longer receive extrinsic hormones.

Most likely: Once you start on the pill, it will rebalance your hormones and you should likely get your period per the pill pack. In some cases it may take an extra month for your cycle to line up with the pill pack. Good health.
