shoulder pain can have multiple causes including pain that actually originates elsewhere and is called referred pain.  Your symptoms may represent a frozen shoulder, but i recommend seeing a shoulder specialist to establish a clear diagnosis first.

Keratosis pilaris: Runs in families. Harmless but for your opinion of them. 
Gentle cleansing abrasives and some moisturizer might help. A dermatologist may have ideas - but it's not a threat and often does vanish over the years. It is most common in young women. Try not to fret - that's less attractive than the bumps. Best!

Rest the biceps : You overworked the muscle. Ice and anti-inflammatory as needed. Next time out increase reps and decrease weight until your bis are in 'shape'

May need MRI: Pain with motion and especially sitting could be suggestive of a disc herniation.  THe best way to evaluate this is with an MRI.  This is more critical if you have any weakness or numbness in the arms or legs
