Anorexia: can kill you. Please see your doc to start and then a specialist and consider in-patient treatment.  You are young and catching this as early as possible will help you to have a healthy and happy future.  Peace and good health.

Clear fluids: Clear fluids with sugar.  Start with jello and popsicles and move on to gatoraide or koolaid.

my upper stomach hurts whenever i push on it and it makes me feel sick to my stomach for at least 30 minutes or so after. what does this mean?

Abdomen tender: This could be several issues, including gall bladder disease, peptic ulcer disease, pancreatic disease, or other.  Strongly suggest seeing a GI doctor and having this fully evaluated by an expert in the area.  The uk system has referral services to their clinics, or the methodist hospital is quite excellent. Get seen: The possibilities range from a bad menstrual cycle to life threatening conditions like appendicitis or ectopic pregnancy. This is an issue for the emergency department. If you can't get there by having someone take you, and especially if you have pain that is 8/10 or greater that isn't going away, especially if you have a fever, call 911. Best of luck!

I : I am assuming that you had unprotected sex.  Usually it takes at least a week or two to start feeling the first symptoms of pregnancy.  It sounds like your symptoms followed fairly immediately after you had intercourse.  Pregnancy symptoms can include: lack of a period, nausea, feeling tired and nausea.  So, i find it doubtful that these are pregnancy symptoms. With that said, if you miss your period, you should take a pregnancy test.

Muscle: This sounds like a muscle strain. It is movement related which supports this.  It should improve within a week ir two.

Depends: If you are pregnant a lot of these symptoms can come with  being pregnant. If you are on an antibiotic for a urinary tract infection , it can be a sign the infection is getting worse. I would suggest seeing your doctor as soon as possible for a full history and exam to make sure you are headed in the right direction. Cheers.
