Benign Coital headac: These are benign orgasmic or coital headaches and usually do not last more than a couple of minutes as pain or pressure
but if the headaches are intense and persist after the orgasm than you need to see your doctor.

Not clear: You have not mentioned where you feel the pressure. If you have some pain in the face or in the forehead this could be a sinus infection .Would not rely on this however and would see your doc

Muscle or not:  this may or may not be muscle. It's hard to tell for sure but the way that the pain seems to move all over the place suggests muscle. You need to see your physician  and get an an evaluation to see if there are any medical issues that could be involved in your symptoms

Probably muscular: Frequently people will have pain at the base of the neck and this can be a cause of a headache. I would try some over the counter remedy to help this and maybe some heat. If there persists then I would see your doctor. If you have been straining or doing exercise or stress - all of these can be the source of your "pain in the neck"

Likely lipoma: These lumps are usually benign fat nodules just under your skin however you should have your doctor take a look and make sure it's not anything more serious. Lipomas can cause pressure if big enough and can be excised in the office.

Take it easy: Sounds like you had a thorough exam and investigations, including MRI and mrv.  The "pressure" in head could be because of  "tension headache",  which is not a serious problem.   It happens due  to muscular pain.   The best remedy is plain tylenol (acetaminophen).   Said that,  did you also had a complete eye exam ?

See MD: You need to see your doctor to have blood pressure checked.  If you drink coffee or other caffeinated drinks, stop temporarily to see if this makes a difference.  Are you congested from a cold or other allergic reason?

: Headaches, especially migraine, have varying presentations and symptomatology expressions, and even may feel like tension headaches at times.  Not uncommon to have a "pressure" sensation.  Would check your blood pressure and pulse, to exclude such entities as POTS, and not a bad idea to do some blood tests to check for thyroid, blood sugar, and anemia issues.  Your regular doctor can assist.
