easy to find out: Please do a urine pregnancy test, and if u are still worried let your doc do a blood one, your symptoms are more likely from possible bowel issues and a pelvic ultrasound can be done to r/o ovarian masses or fibroids.

i can feel movement in my lower abdomen, i don't know what it could be because i had my period in february. surely babies don't kick at one month if it's a pregnancy ?

Fetal baby kicks...: The baby fetus can move, but nobody can feel it move until it grows bigger. Of course, you felt something, but it wasn't the baby fetus' movements. A pregnant woman may start feeling tiny flutters when the baby fetus grows older and bigger, usually around 4 months after conception. If unsure whether there is a pregnancy or not, one can do a home urine pregnancy test 3 or more weeks after sex.

Pregnancy sysmptoms: If negative preg. Test most likely you are not pregnant. Do a blood preg. Test if still have doubts. Check your thyroid or gastrointestinal tract to find causes of your symptoms. Define pregnancy symptoms as well.

Are you preg? : Have you done a pregnancy test to see if you're pregnant again? Movement in the abdomen makes me think this is a possibility. If your pregnancy test is negative then the movement is likely gas.

If not constipation,: If it is not constipation (collection of stool in the left lower abdomen) that goes away with a bowel movement, then her primary care doctor can check to see what the problem might be. The doctor can check to see if there is a mass of some kind in the abdomen or pelvis. Sometimes an infection, diverticulitis, an unusually-located appendicitis, or some sort of tumor, can cause such symptoms.

Study abdominal anatomy on the internet, self-exam, learn, consider medical help.

That's probably it!: The time period you mention is very typical for first feeling fetal movement. It usually occurs between 16 and 22 weeks. Mothers with experience in previous pregnancies are often able to appreciate the movement earlier than first timers! These first subtle kicks are known as "quickening."  The sensation is described as being like popcorn popping, goldfish swimming or butterflies fluttering! Enjoy!
