See your doctor: Small lumps around your umbilicus are usually not worrisome, but if they are new, or enlarging, have your doctor check them out.  Sometimes the fat in your lower abdomen can form benign tumors called lipomas, which are generally harmless.

"Stomach lumps": If you feel irregularities ( "lumps") when pressing on the skin of your abdomen,  they may represent lipomas, which are (benign) fat tumors. With PCOS,  consider discussion with your healthcare provider about using low dose oral BCP's, as suppression of ovarian function lessens the exposure of the uterine lining to high levels of estrogen, which can lead to uterine malignancy later.

Different options: The abdomen has a lot of things in it both in the skin and below it.  Sweat glands, hair follicles and skin cysts as well as lymph nodes, fatty tissue, vessels, tendons and other things.  Is the lump growing, inflamed, painful, painless, draining, recurrent or constant, moveable or fixed...?  Each of these (and many more) will provide your doc the answers as to what it is and what needs to be done.

Seek care now: Lumps on the testicles should be evaluated by you primary medical doctor or urologist immediately. Possible causes are many, including infection to testicular cancer. You should be examined.

Possible hernias: You may have abdominal wall hernias. Sometimes people are born with weak areas in the muscles layers. A problem like that is usually not a big deal, but if you get pain in the area or a bulge that doesn't go away you should see a doctor.
