Plan a and b: Dealing with feelings that others are focused on hating you may have different roots and solutions.  Some of it may be just anxiety, while in other cases it can represent tinges of paranoia.  Anxiety reductions techniques work well, but all suggestions depend on good assessment. If you engage in patterns causing this problem other interventions r needed.  Try a good clinical psychologist.

It sounds like you : have an unhealthy relationship with food. Consider working with a therapist  who has experience with eating disorders.

Hate my body :(: You mention you "look like a man", so I take you are a wan, and would prefer to look more like a "woman"? Sure, there are things we can. All do to look a bit more feminine, but are you not so much more as a person than what you look like? Consider seeing a psych MD or psychotherapist to work on your feelings of self  loathing, please. You deserve it ! Be well!

See answer: This is an age old question (pun intended) and will surely be debated for years to come, but in my opinion do not let age define you, but as the saying goes, "you area as young as you feel."  stay young my friend!

Embrace life: Realize that aging is a normal part of life, and with friends and family, that also age along with you, you can embrace the changes that occur.  Remember, you are only as old as you feel!  if you truly have a depression, than seeking professional help from psychiatry would be of benefit.  Best wishes.

I wouldn't jump to: That conclusion.  Parenting can be exhausting ; stressful. Are you finding any time for self-care?  What do you do to relieve your stress?  Do you get adequate breaks from your children?  Are your parenting methods effective?  To address stress:
talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat.

Hard to say: Some would label this "burnout" but it is hard to speculate on so little data. The stresses of being held to a certain standard can place a drain on anyone. You may need to seek out a life coach/therapist to learn how to deal with the issues involved. Your regular doc may know someone locally to refer you to.

Being left by: Your significant other can be so painful.  Please try not to hate yourself. When you hurt so much that you are tempted to cut yourself - it would be a good idea to consider counseling. This can help you past your lowest points. Take care.
