Friends and family: Time spares no one... Some people do age more graciously than others. Having family and friends do make life more meaningful--grow together, aging together, making you feel you are not alone. Travel, explore the world. U can only gain wisdom and experience through living. Exercise, keep active, eat healthy will keep you younger longer. Help others when you can. Be happy. Be well. Happy new year!
