Likely BENIGN cyst: Your cervix may have several benign 'nabothian cysts' on it.  You should get an exam --just to be sure.
No treatment is necessary. Nabothian cysts do not cause any problems.

Pap procrastination: PP, or Pap Procrastination is a "disease" that afflicts many women who often hear from "official sources" that they can wait and have a pap every 3 to 5 years. Since you had a "abnormal pap" in the first place that advice does not apply to you. Yes, it could be cancer so see a GYN MD without further delay which will at least cure the PP syndrome.

Cysts: Usually those are nabothian cysts(look up on internet explorer) and normal, particularly after  having been pregnant.  Why are you checking your cervix? I cannot think of a good reason why you should.

Not likely: The three bumps are likely to be cysts. However it would be prudent for you to get a PAP. Just because you missed six years is no reason to keep missing those. make an appointment at your earliest.

Bumps: Its more likely nabothian cysts, but no one can confirm that without an evaluation.  The fact is that we should never see cervical cancer in this country, but we still do mostly because of women skipping paps.  Its time for a pap and HPV testing now that you're in your 30's.  Don't put it off.  Many states have programs for free paps like BCCP (Breast cancer cervical cancer prevention).

Impossible to say, b: But, pimple like bumps on the cervix sounds very much like a very normal occurrence called nabothian cysts, which are actually very much like pimples.  Small (to larger) sacs filled with a gelatinous material. Nothing bad or dangerous- very normal variation.

Cervical bumps: It is really hard to get a good look at your own cervix or even to feel it in  way that provides meaningful information.
If your cycles are not right and your cervix feels different to you (actually either one!) you should see a doctor who can help you figure out what, if anything, is wrong.

i don't understand why i sometimes get uterine spasms, have bumps on my cervix, boogery white cervical/vaginal mucus, and at night im usually nauseous but when i wake up i'm fine.?

Had a pelvic exam?: You must have, in order to know about the cervical findings. If the pap & cultures were negative, then you may have a hormonal problem. See a gynecologist for complete evaluation.

i have had a pelvic exam and was told i have white bumps on my cervix. now i have yellowish discharge, pain in cervix and in my armpit. ?

Cannot diagnose: Ask the doctor who did your pelvic exam what is going on.  Call and let them know what new symptoms you are having. They should be able to see you and examine you and evaluate the situation, whereas cannot do that over the internet.
