One : One possibility is that you have fluid behind your ear drums.  This can occur after a viral infection or when the eustachian tubes, that drain from the ears into the throat, become plugged or aren't functioning properly.  You are doing the right thing to try nasal decongestants and ibuprofen, and you could try periodically performing  "yawns" (gently opening your mouth wide) to try to open up your eustachian tubes,  but if these don't help your symptoms a physician may be able to prescribe other medications that could help.  If you develop fever, headache, ear pain, or other new symptoms than please seek medical evaluation.

Doctor for allergies: Allergists treat the allergies and the ear- blocking and headaches that come with them. They don't do neck adjustments in the USA. I would start with an allergist and if they do not help you, consider seeing an otolaryngologist for structural causes of the nose and ears giving you these symptoms . For the neck, you may need a different doctor entirely, depends on what symptoms you have .

See dentist: Eustachean dysfunction is a potential problem but clicking would not be associated with. I suspect that you have been grinding your teeth and should ask your dentist if you need a mouthguard to wear at night.

Sinusitis?: The symptoms you have described may be related to a sinus infection. The shortness of breath may be from allergic asthma.  If you can find an allergist in your area,  he would likely be offer you the help you need.

Odd Sensations: I recommend consulting your medical doctor to be sure there is no physical cause for odd physical symptoms such as dizziness, feeling off balance, pain in the eye or ear, pressure in your head.  If no clear diagnosis emerges, consult a licensed psychotherapist to rule out and work with underlying anxiety.  Rapid, shallow, anxious breathing can cause similar symptoms.

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Decongestant : Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache.  Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it.  If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor.  

This could also be referred pain from stress. It could also be due to an eye problem such an inflammation in (called uveitis) or around the eye.  You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out.

i mistakenly hit myself on forehead a few times open handed. a day later, after working outside all day at my job, i started feeling dizzy/lightheaded hours later. there was a headache but that went away. just head pressure and lightheadedness now.
