i had the flu & it went away but i have stomach pain since i had it and i cant eat without it hurting more even if i drink water. my chest hurts when i take a deep breath or cough and when i bend down & it feels like something it stuck in my chest?

Cold water and pain: For some people drinking cold water can cause stomach cramps because the temperature difference constricts the blood vessels in the stomach lining, as soon as the temperature reaches the stomach temperature then pain will go away, try drinking room temperature water.

Good : Good news! the only stool colors we get really concerned about are red (blood from colon), black (blood from small intestine or stomach), or white (liver is not working well). Colors such as brown, yellow, orange, green, even blue (blue kool-aid or blueberries) or purple (beets) can all be normal and usually associated with diet or viral illness. If you have a persistent change in your stool habits, you should contact your physician since this could be a sign of an underlying disorder, but a one-time strange stool that is not red, black or white is usually of no concern.

Your symptoms are unlikely related to your water intake during exercise.

Address the acne: Nobody here is going to tell you how much water is right for you. You are almost grown up, and you need to address your acne, which is a serious social and professional liability now. If topical benzoyl peroxide and/or isotretinoin have not cleared you in two weeks, see your physician for prescription strength Rx.

Yes: Stomach cramps are a common, non-specific symptom for lots of problems.  Volume depletion or dehydration can cause cramping as can electrolyte disturbance.  Many other thing can cause stomach cramping, however, so if this is a recurrent or persistent issue you should see your doctor.

Maybe getting sick: Perhaps you are starting to come down with something. Rest, relax over the weekend.
If feeling worse take your temperature. Then can take some acetaminophen for body aches, chills, fever.
Treat symptoms of cold with antihistamine med. Theraflu for flu symptoms. See a Doctor if not better in 48 hours.

Not related.: The symptoms you're having with your stomach are not related to masturbation. I would try some antacids to see if they help your stomach problem. If they do not, then I would see your doctor if they persist. Good luck, and don't worry about the masturbation. It will not cause this kind of symptoms.

Just that: 2 fast 2 cold is not tolerated by all drink slowly small amounts, ice water is one cause, like a brain freeze with ice cream, your esophagus is rebelling. Treat it nicer. Try various temps, and try no cal flavors like country time and others on the market. Cheaper than buying flavored water. No tax on water but  flavor is taxed. Additives r taxed but r cheap & go a long way.

Possible ulcer/esoph: May have ulcer or esophagitis
should have a trial of zantac (ranitidine) or prilosec. If no relief, see GI doc.
