Constipation: See the Dr. as it sounds like you are constipated, and the large stool may have caused a laceration or even hemorrhoids to form, causing your bleeding.  Bleeding is never normal of course, so you do need to have an evaluation to be safe. Get well, best wishes.

More fiber: Constipation is infrequent bowel movements or difficult passage of stools. Constipation is a common gastrointestinal problem. Most cases of constipation are temporary. Simple lifestyle changes, such as getting more exercise, drinking more fluids and eating a high-fiber diet, can go a long way toward alleviating constipation.

Hypothyroidism: Please see your family doctor. Have a full examination and work up for your symptoms. It is quite possible however that you have low thyroid or hypothyroidism. This can cause both constipation and considerable weight gain.

Stooling: Not everyone poops daily. Many people skip a day. It is more important the consistency. It should always be soft and easy to expel. If yours is normal no worries.

No: Constipation is difficult to define because stool may be too hard or too small for some, while others defecation can be to difficult or infrequent. Per studies less than 3 bowl movements a week is constipation, however, you can have daily, hard, stools and still be constipated.

Sounds like : Constipation. I would recommend MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) 4 capfuls in 20 oz water twice a day for three days with dulcolax suppository in rectum twice a day for one day. If pain increases or you do not pass stool seek immediate care.

Chronic constipation: Think about your colon! it has to move that heavy load of old stool. A bowel regimen is indicated. The goal is two soft bowel movements daily. Water and juices up to 1.5 liters daily, fiber tablets, laxatives (milk of magnesium or miralax), stool softeners, probiotics, and walking are all non-prescription things you can use for your bowel regimen. If you have fever or vomiting, get evaluated.

i  have a really itchy anus and now im starting to bleed a little and i can barely poop which i dont really poop anyway. can you help me figure out?

You may have: An anal fissure, as in tear of the skin around your anus.  These can form related to constipation and hard stools, but interesting frequent diarrhea can lead to this too.  You should seek an evaluation to better evaluate the anorectal area in person. I know it can be embarrassing but you'll want to find out the cause of your problem sooner rather than later.

Probably OK: Low fiber diet and/or constipation (often found together) can increase risk of colon ca. If stool ok, not everyone has 1+ bm/day. Can always do "rough count" of the roughage (=fiber) in your diet to see if about 20-30grams/day [visit: http://www.Nutritionquest.Com/wellness/free-assessment-tools-for-individuals/fruit-vegetable-fiber-screener/ ]  most of us need more in general. Water is good!
