Menstrual issues: You should get a pregnancy test. If negative than you may have ovulated later than usual. Also your hormones may be off . This could be caused by stress or illness .

Irregular periods : Your periods are a result of changes in your hormonal balance. If you have ovulation related issues, it can mess up your periods. You can speak to your Gyn further on this issue to help regulate your periods

Likely okay: You may wish to repeat the pregnancy test to make sure it is still positive. Occasional slight bleeding in early pregnancy is not uncommon.

Not unusual: After Depo your periods can take a while to become normally spaced and of normal length.  Be sure to use two forms of birth control if you are not trying to become pregnant and expect that all will settle down in another month or two.

Not necessarily: Brown blood can be concerning if you've never seen it before, but it is relatively common, typically signifying older blood that had been in your uterus or cervix for some time since your last period. Cramps are extremely common for women on their periods and I would not be highly suspicious of a pregnancy at this point and wouldn't be highly concerned for an abnormality at this point. Good luck!

Many options: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Repeat test: It would be prudent to repeat the pregnancy test. About 25% of the early pregnancies are lost spontaneously, mostly due to chromosomal defects in the embryo. In these cases the woman if often not aware that she is pregnant and the only manifestation is a delayed period.
