pain on top of foot, no injury to it i noticed. can see vein on bridge bulge some when i  put pressure  while stepping.  should i get it looked at?

If you have pain : Good idea to have it looked at, i doubt the vein is the source of pain though.

sitting at computer for a few hours and feet felt slightly swollen. no pitting. feet felt firm and couldnt see veins at top. bp 110/70 pulse 65. im 27?

Sitting: Prolonged sitting can cause swelling in the feet, especially if you are overweight.  Try getting up and moving around every hour to help prevent this problem.  If you are overweight, weight loss is a good idea!

my foot hurts every time i run, its been like this for a month, got an x-ray, they saw nothing, but now i see a squishy lump on the outside of foot and a bump on top of foot and hurts a little when i flex my foot up and when i press on it, it hurts?

: It is possible you are experiencing a stress fracture of metatarsal bone. A slight break in the bone might not present itself until 4 weeks after the injury will you see bone healing. As for the outside of the foot enough information has not been provided  a surgical shoe would be appropriate without running. See a podiatrist for care and follow up to prevent injury.

terrible foot pain on top of foot went to see an orthopedic. doctor bought some inserts but they are not helping sometimes i have to drag my foot feels like the bones in my foot are coming apart please help?

May be a nerve: I would be more concerned about dragging the foot than pain. If you are having weakness then you may have a nerve problem in the leg or possibly even from the low back. It sounds like you need a better work up. I would discuss a consult to a physiatrist or neurologist. If the work up leads towards an intrinsic foot problem then you may be better served by a podiatrist.

gp diagnosed a hard bump on top of foot as tarsal boss. ive had it for years. but it looks like its getting bigger. i did switch to tighter shoes 2 months ago. can see what looks like a vein on or near it. 
should i get an xray? or is this normal?

Tight shoes: Life is too short to wear tight shoes.  Listen to ur team as they have seen you.  We can do video consult and look at it.

Top foot hurts: sounds like it might be tendonitis or acute joint arthritis if no trauma to area.  Try ice, pain reliever if no medical reason not to.  If not better in 5-7 days, gets worse or you develop fever, please see your doctor.   Hope this helps.  Good luck,

i sprained my ankle a week ago, and i heard a crack, this week i have a lot of dancing, and i dont see it getting better, still bruising on top of foot showed up out of the blue, and the side of my ankle is yellow and a little bruised, pls help! :?

: Your best recommendation with the type of activity expected , go see a doctor or clinic and have an X-ray taken. Rehab should consist of contrast bath after 24-46 hours of icing. Hot/cold soaks 3minutes/. 1 minute. Gives times in each  over the counter Aleve ibuprofen  daily

Could be numerous: Things, tendonitis, neuritis, stress reaction of bone. If you are a serious jogger it would behoove you to see a doctor (podiatrist or orthopedist) to solve this issue quickly as the problems will potentially escalate with physical exertion.

Pain on top of foot: Pain on top of foot can come from inflammation of tendons from any pressure on the foot, including tight shoes/laces  and irritation of the nerve. Eliminate any pressure, use combo of ice/moist heat/ ice again for 5 min , apply  traumeel cream 3-4 x a day if you have no allergies to any meds and can take nsad's for 1 wk.If not better, see  podiatrist to r/o stress fracture/ tear of tendon.
