Need evaluation: Upper mid abdominal pain may be from several sources. These include gastroesophageal reflux, gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, and occasionally if the pain is radiating to the mid back it could be from the pancreas. Abdominal pain could be from the gallbladder but is usually localized to the right upper quadrant. However gallstones exiting the gall bladder may obstruct the common bile duct.

: If you've had a normal abdominal examination and testing to exclude a hiatus hernia,GERD,gastritis, peptic ulcer,pancreatic inflammation and have no pulmonary abnormalities, the discomfort may be caused by chronic stress&amp; tension. In this case,I think stress management therapy would be very helpful for you. Discuss this with your MD.

: I assume that you have no rib cage tenderness.  After that prolonged period of symptoms which I feel are.not asthmatic, but can be gastric,  duodenal or pancreatic, I think you should be seen&amp; evaluated by a gastroenterologist for appropriate testing,accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.  Gall bladder causes are less likely.  Checking for h pylori will most likely be.included in the testing.

Painful "lump" ?: If the "painful lump" is in the midline below the rib cage, it may be an umbilical hernia with trapped fat or even small intestine. See a general surgeon for evaluation.

N/A sensitivity/post: Usually very short term issue. But if after 1 month still with decreased or increased sensitivity of the N/A see your surgeon fir examination &amp; explanation. Some cases there is a sensory cutaneous nerve pain syndrome that needs injection therapy with PIP injections.

See a doctor: Small veins which are normal may be quite obvious in light complexion, but they should not be painful.  Prominent enlarged veins in the abdominal wall, starting from the pubic area up to the rib cage and beyond may be a new route for blood return from the legs due to blockage in the iliac veins/ivc, or due to cirrhosis of the liver, or blockage of outflow of blood from the liver to the heart.

Abdominal pain: If your abdominal pain is severe then this is the priority. If it is painful to touch and if you have fever, nausea or vomiting then you should be evaluated in an ER now. The new lesion on the breast can be checked by your doctor.

should i be worried about bump on breast? i have a small bruised bump on my bottom right breast. it does not hurt unless im wearing my bra or if i apply pressure to it. when i touch it it feels soft i thought it might be a boil but im not sure.

Any : Any breast lesion should be evaluated by a doctor. If it is infectious then you will need antibiotic treatment. If the diagnosis is unclear then you may need an ultrasound or even a mammogram depending on your doctors findings.
 If in fact it is just a bruise (hematoma) then it will go away in time. An anti-inflammatory like advil (ibuprofen) or Ibuprofen can help with the healing process and with pain.
