NO: You should not be getting blisters!  get it adjusted.

MAYBE: A brace may help, but the question must be asked-
why do you still have pain? One possibility: the bones did not heal properly (called a non-union). A simple xray may help sort out the diagnosis.

broke my hand 2 months ago. had a cast on for 6 weeks. and hand is still painful and constantly swollen. is this normal?

Depends: It depends somewhat on the nature of the fracture and if there were other associated injuries.  It is not terribly abnormal, particularly if you are getting better.  Don't hesitate to discuss this with your doctor or even seek a second opinion if you don't feel comfortable with the answers you are getting.

Get checked: It'simpossible to tell, without examining your hand. Sounds like you need to get that checked asap. Get to your pmd, an orthopedic clinic, an ed, or an urgent care clinic. Make sure you describe the numbness and any weakness.

See your doctor: You should elevate the hand/arm above the heart as much as possible. This will help with swelling. You should have your doctor check the cast to see if it is too tight.

i broke my hand and had surgery to replace my bone with a metal plate. what are the long-term side effects?

Replace?: Usually a metal plate is used to hold the bone while it heals.  The bone will eventually be strong without limitations.  The plate is not removed unless it causes problems.  If the plate was used to replace the bone (unlikely) then this is temporary and you will need more surgery.

broke my hand and the 5th metacarpal rotated 40 degrees 3 manipulations, still hurts and a problem what do i do?

Rotated?: 5th metacarpal neck fractures ( boxer fxs.) are very common after closed fist injury. Angulation is very common but malrotation is not. Closed reduction( Jahss) is a common treatment followed by splinting.Angulation is well tolerated by the 5th metacarpal and 30 degrees or less is acceptable.Metacarpal shaft fractures that are malrotated require surgery. i broke my  hand and had to have pins put in during surgery.  what is a reasonable recovery time? the pins came out a week ago and i am in pt.

2-3 months: While of course it is hard to say exactly without knowing full details i typically say it is a 2-3 month process. Fro m surgery to being finished. However some things don't get better fully till a few months later than that.

hi.i broke my hand and pinky finger just over two weeks ago it was an open fracture i had it bandaged/taped up, its off now but my pinky is stiff?

Finger stiffness: The hand/fingers stiffen very quickly after fracture.  Particularly after immobilization.  Early rom is a good remedy but you have to make sure the fracture is stable first.

No, it's lightweight: A cast covering the hand and wrist should not weight much, maybe a pound, at most 1.5-2 pounds.
