I wouldn't: Dust mite, bed bugs, dead tissue, etc.. Pretty disgusting. Bedbugs signs: 1. Blood smears on bedding (turn black over time).  2. Amber colored “shells” = shedded exoskeletons.  3. Bug feces on sheets (brown- black dots). 4. W heavy infestation, bug's secretions leave “musty sweet”odor.  Don't expect to “see” eggs. They're nocturnal ; in small crevices, translucent ; 1/16th inch long.  Adults are.

first i thought it was bed bugs so i bought the mattres cover cause i was itching everywhere and has rash all over my body but it went away. but i still itch in some spot of my body like my arms, wrist, butt, left inner thigh, lower back?

May be scabies: It could be another type of infestation like scabies or fleas.  However, a mattress cover is not going to prevent bed bugs if you are infested with them.  Other possibilities include an allergic reaction to a lotion, soap or laundry detergent.

No need to treat : Bed bugs are a global problem. These pests hitch-hikie from place to place in luggage, etc. The bed bugs don't have a way to be transported from co-worker's house to your cubicle.  When traveling check your hotel for small insects the size of an apple seed in the crevices of bedding, baseboards, etc. Keep your luggage off the floor to avoid brining them home. Heat is best way to kill them.

That's up to you.: It may be a great opportunity for intensive "spring cleaning". Once bed bugs infest they are very hard to get rid of.  Declutter entire room. Place all junk in tightly sealed plastic & dispose of it. Wash clothing, linens, towels in hot water. Dry on highest heat - then repeat.  Place clean items in a sealed bag to prevent re-infestation.Steam clean what you can't place in drier.  Vacuum  &gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;.

Yes: Two factors - one is a person's allergic response to the bedbug bite - that can vary quite a bit from person to person.  The other would be the # of bedbugs each person is exposed to - there may be one bed in the house that is more heavily infested.

Difficult to answer: Not sure if there is any concrete connection . However, dust mite allergy is a common trigger for asthmatics as are cockroach droppings and skeletons. Maybe there is a connection like this but not sure.
