Pregnancy?: Home pregnancy tests can be falsely negative, but when positive are usually accurate. At 24, one is usually fertile, but early miscarriage is common in "first pregnancies" especially.  To be certain, obtain a serum HCG test from your provider.  If positive, you need further testing immediately to determine where the pregnancy is located.

Make sure the room is on the cool side.You can apply saline gel to her nose at bedtime to keep it moisturized. If bleeding continues, take her to the doctor to get her nose cauterized.
