NO.: Overeating and then vomiting is a bad plan.  Let nature take its course.  Your digestive system is meant to go one way.  Down.  Not up.  Vomiting electively is a very bad plan.  Only in the case of accidental poisoning is it recommended.

Probably not: Why would you eat stuff with gooey substance all over it?!? But you will probably be fine. If you start having nausea, vomiting, severe abdominal pain contact your GP. But there isn't anything you can do at this point but watch and wait...

It could have been some indigestion or possibly food poisoning especially if nausea/vomiting were the only symptoms. Just let your stomach recover and try again but only a small bite a time to test it.

Probably not: Sorry that you got sick. A lot of food gets crushed up and passed from the stomach to the intestines in an hour. You may have thrown up some of the chocolate bar, but not all of it. Any that remained inside of you was then digested and processed by the body.

Maggots r edible: It is unlikely that your stomachache is from eating the maggots, as they are edible in many cultures.  The chocolate may no longer be fresh, but more likely, you are having an emotional reaction to having eaten maggots.  Also, chocolate can cause heart burn in some people, much like caffeine and spicy foods, but you should have experienced this in the past.  Oral antacids help that.

Is it possible that it's something other than the chocolate involved?  if it is the chocolate, it may simply be a food allergy. If you are diabetic, it could be the sugar making you feel bad. If lactose intolerant, it can be the milk. I hope you find out.

May be Hypoglycemia: You may be having hypglycemic eoisodes, probably reactive hypoglycemia.You need to consult your doctor and mey need to get 4 hour glucose tolerance test and if positive for reactive hypoglycemia you may be referred to a dietician for hypoglycemic diet.
