PMS options.: Omega 3 fatty acid & magnesium supplementation can be beneficial for these symptoms. Avoid excessive sugar and low quality carbohydrate intake.  Don’t add extra salt to your food and avoid processed foods containing extra salt. Reduce caffeine and alcohol use. Stay physically active. Non- steroidal anti-inflammatory meds can be very effective. Acupuncture & acupressure are really helpful as well.

See surgeon: Is the pain where the incision is? It may be the suture underneath the skin is irritating you. 

Can be something else. Speak with the surgeon that did the operation.

Not uncommon: Many people report nausea or stomach pains if kept up or stay up way too late. Can be an indicator of fatigue or stress (or both). Not a problem, just means you need to take a nap and get some rest.

Yes.: If the vitamins are new to you, I would suggest that you begin 1 at a time and give space in between.  
With a healthy diet and hydration, you may not need vitamins.  Your PCP can help.

: Multivitamins can result in stomach upset or cramps regardless of who they are geared for.  You should take a multivitamin geared towards teens as they have different levels of various nutrients, vitamins and minerals more appropriate for your age. If you take them daily, take with a meal to minimize the upset stomach.

how good does activated charcoal  work for stomach aches, gas pain and other stomach problems? what is a safe dosage too take daily?

See doctor: If this is a persistent problem, you should talk to your doctor.  Although activated charcoal has been touted for its ability to relieve bloating, I have never seen it worked on anyone.  I am not unaware of any set dose for this product and thus just read the direction on the product label and follow it if you want to try it.
