Probably Not: This depends on the laws in your state and the licensing of yourself and the daycare.  The job application that you filled out may also be pertinent.  If you have been on medication, and stable for 6 months this is less critical on a personal level, but the laws in your state will control this.

i am taking antidepressants since 15years i feel excessive sleepiness at daytime and lethargy please suggest treatment  ( any herbal medicine)?

Medication effects: Side effect of antidepressants can be sleepiness and lethargy. Other reasons can be:
•High Dose
•Time of taking medication
•Continued Depression
•Overwhelming stresses
•Sleep Disorder
•Lethargy can be  due to Anemia, Diabetes, Hypothyroidism.

Discuss  with Psychiatrist 
•Diagnosis 
•Side effects of, antidepressants 
•Withdrawal effects, 
•Decreasing the dose 
•St John’s Wort 
•Therapy for stress

is it harmful to take pregnant control pills if i have fibromyalgia .also, i am taking antidepressant to control my fibro such as lyrica (pregabalin) and effexor?

Usually not: Most birth control pills don't have any effect on fibromyalgia; however, so little is actually known about the nature and progression of this disease and how it manifests in individuals, there is always the possibility of an adverse reaction.  It is unlikely .  Taking the anti depressant medicines won't be affected by the pill.

i am going to try panax ginseng extract, but i am taking the antidepressant escitalopram. does it interact with ginseng?

Stimulate &amp; Depress: Generally stimulants such as Ginseng are contraindicated with depression. I would contact your doctor and have them advise and monitor the effect of this combination if they approve.

everytime i get up i get super dizzy, my vision turns black, my ears close up and i hear weird ringing/static sounds in them. i am taking an antidepressant but this happened even before i started this medication what could be causing it?

: Sounds like your blood pressure may be dropping drastically when you stand. May be orthostatic hypotension. Call your GP's office for a consultation, they should be able to measure your blood pressure in several positions to see if that's the case as well as obtain a history to see if anything you do or don't do may contribute

Risks: Though infrequent, some of more activating antidperssants can trigger manic or psychotic episodes which r reversed by discontinuation of the medication, or if severe, sometimes an antispsychotic is used to stabilize.  One should then return to normal.  This can often be avoided by careful psychologist testing before meds for underlying risk, and close follow up when starting meds is advised.

Often: Unfortunately our society seems to be gaining weight regardless of exposure to antidepressants. Some antidepressants are more likely to be associated with weight gain than others, and not everyone who takes an antidepressant will gain weight as a result (approx. 25% do gain).
