Hello. : Hello. I can't diagnose your condition. The blood could either be from your urinary tract or from the vagina or surrounding tissues. Don't know if you have any vaginal dryness, itching or burning because friable tissue can bleed. If you have pain with urination, buring with urination, increased frequency of urination, strong urges to urinate - these could be symptoms of a urinary tract infection. However, you could just have a small amount of blood in the vaginal vault which is extruded when you bear down to urinate.  If you are unable to determine the source and the symptoms don't abate , recommend that you speak with your doctor.

Unlikely: That scenario for pregnancy is unlikely as the sperm will be fairly fragile in that environment.

Pregnancy: Very very unlikely to lead to pregnancy. Sperm has to be deposited near the cervix deep inside the vagina so have a reasonable chance of causing a pregnancy.

Low possibility: To get pregnant, you must ovulate.  Ovulation occurs 14 days before your period. So depending on how often your period comes will determine if you can be pregnant.  Day 1 is the first day of your full flow. If you have 28 day cycles then having sex around day 14 will put you at risk of pregnancy.  Being on birth control suppresses ovulation so you are most likely not pregnant.

sxs begin when period is missed or thereafter (6-8 wks).  Sx’s can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings ; aversions; passing gas; enlarging waist line ; ^ white, milky vaginal discharge. Take pregnancy test to know.

Could be: The light pink on your toilet paper doesn't necessarily mean anything about pregnancy but, if you are ovulating and having unprotected intercourse, you could be pregnant. If your period is late or abnormal, do a pregnancy test and, if it is negative, repeat it in 3-5 days to know for sure. If you start having pain with urination or back pain, see a doctor. You could be developing a UTI.

Spotting: How many weeks pregnant is your girlfriend? Take her to the ER immediately because the spotting could be a threatened abortion/miscarriage or placental issue her OB/GYN will be able to ascertain, diagnose and help. May have just been blood in her urine as well. Best to check. Good luck
