: Life is always changing and it was always with worries and infections; just different types of infections. Covid is in the family of common cold virus and we always had common cold and influenzae. You should continue to do normal things with precautions. It is important to wash hands and avoid putting contaminated hands in the eyes and mouth like we were taught all along. Covid is here to stay.

Teens and sex: The large majority of doctors agree that it is normal human behavior to masturbate and have sex thoughts.  Normal teenagers usually have large swings in their sex hormones which can accentuate the normal sexual drive and therefore sometimes increase the frequency of masturbation and sexual thoughts.  This is normal, and this happens to "good" teenages as well as "bad" teenagers.

Not great: As an unregulated herbal supplement there is no true scientific studies on the supplement. Most of the supplements that you can buy over the counter are either not what they claim, do nothing more than get urinated out, or in some instances actually harmful... look up ephedra.  I say save your money and spend it on eating better.

i take luvox cr 250 at 10pm..my dr says i can take 150 at pm and 100 in morning because of short half life....is this accurate..your thoughts?

Pharmacist: If you are still using the controlled release from of luvox, I would double check with your prescribing physician or,better still, with your pharmacist to see if it can be given in divided doses. Plain luvox can, and the larger of the 2 doses should be taken at bedtime.
