Discharge-Y, pain-N: Discharge is very normal. If symptoms like itching or burning accompany the discharge it is not normal.  Pain, while common in pregnancy, should be evaluated to verify there is not something concerning going on. It is common to have vaginal pressure and occasionally sharp pains most of which prove to be ligament strains for example.

is lower back pain near pelvic area normal, and how will i know if burning in vagina area is already uti w/o urinalysis in 31 weeks pregnancy?

You can't know: for sure without an exam and a urinalysis.  It is important to get a diagnosis and treatment since you are pregnant.  If you can't get to a clinic/lab over the weekend, you can drink lots of cranberry juice.  You can also clean yourself off VERY well, go into a clean cup or jar and check for any odor.  Leave it at room temp overnight, if not infected, it should still be clear and nearly odorless.

Could be: a vaginal infection, or ruptured membranes. Regardless you should see your doctor or the OB hospital unit.

Exam: This is probably related to some thinning of your cervix (which can be normal) and extrusion of some of the cervical mucous.  This is probably of low concern, but because of your pregnancy, you really should call your OB provider and schedule a visit for an exam of your cervix.

Probably ok: What you probably are noticing is the cream mixed in with normal vaginal discharge. It doesn't dissolve when you put it in, like when you rub cream on your skin. Most of it comes back out. That's why you put so much cream inside. If you have any pain or bad odor with it, get that checked though, to make sure you don't have another infection.

why does my vagina have a fishy odor ? even if i don't experience any symptoms. there is a white discharge most of the time it's thick and clumpy. sometimes it's just a normal fluid but with the fishy scent?

: The fishy odor is very suggestive of a condition called bacterial vaginosis, which is an overgrowth and imbalance of less desirable vaginal bacteria. It is not a true infection and an annoyance rather than a true problem, and can be readily treated. However. you need to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and rule out more serious conditions.

Not unusual: Notify your OB if you have bright red blood with period like flow or cramping/contractions associated with it. Also want to make sure you are not leaking any fluid. If recent intercourse could be old blood from cervical irritation...The cervix has a lot of blood flow right now so any irrtation could cause some bleeding. If isolated and no longer there you are ok, otherwise talk to OB if bothersome.
