Probably ok: What you probably are noticing is the cream mixed in with normal vaginal discharge. It doesn't dissolve when you put it in, like when you rub cream on your skin. Most of it comes back out. That's why you put so much cream inside. If you have any pain or bad odor with it, get that checked though, to make sure you don't have another infection.

Yes: When using the antibiotic vaginal cream it is common to have a white to cream discharge. It is some of the cream coming out plus vaginal discharge. This is nothing to worry about.
