It can be: It is reassuring that you have no itching or pain, yet any new discharge should get your attention. If it started after beginning the seasonique, it is possibly related to the new medicine. However if it is new for you, it could be related to a change in your body that needs an exam. Milky white discharges are commonly seen with yeast, but usually itching is also present.

: Probably need to see Dr for exam &amp; testing.  I assume you are sexually active if you are on Nexplanon. Anyone sexually active can get a sexually transmitted infection, which can cause abnormal discharge &amp;/or pain, &amp; should be tested for.  Even though the home pregnancy tests are negative, a blood pregnancy test may need to be considered since you have pain. An ultrasound also cab evaluate pain

Leukorrhea is normal vaginal discharge (d/c).  D/c is composed of cellular debris, vaginal secretions ; bacteria ; is stimulated by ^ vaginal blood flow ; ^ estrogen.  D/c ^ is seen w ovulation (clear/stretchy), clear/watery or white d/c &gt;.

Depends: Does the discharge cause itching?  Does it smell odorous?  If it neither causes itching nor has a bad smell, likely it's fine.  Sometimes excess discharge can be a sign of a bengin bacterial infection and a doctor could help diagnose that for you if it really bothers you, but normal to have discharge every day, clear or white, thick or thin, depending on where you are in your cycle.
